The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer (hereinafter referred to as ”you”) with VERTIGO, hereinafter referred to as “VERTIGO”, ”us ” or ”we”, at the VERTIGO desktop website and mobile website. By using and/or placing an order at axelarigato.com, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein (the ”Terms & Conditions”). We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time without prior notice to you. The version of the Terms & Conditions that will apply to your order will be those on axelarigato.com at the time you place your order.
VERTIGO wants to provide the best possible online experience. To make this possible we need to ensure that our services run like clockwork. You understand and agree not to (i) post, transmit, redistribute, upload, or promote any communications or content that could harm or negatively impact our business, products or services; (ii) act in a manner or employ any device that restricts, impairs, interferes or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the axelarigato.com site, or which impacts the security of the site, or (iii) employ any device or attempt to use any engine, software, tool, agent, script or other device or mechanism (including without limitation spiders, bots, crawlers, avatars or intelligent agents) to navigate or search the site, or to copy content from the site. We reserve the right to immediately bar access to the site and close the account of any user who violates this provision or any other provision in these Terms and Conditions.

Prices and delivery charges
From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns and other commercial factors. Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of re-confirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

We ship to all locations on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, product prices displayed are exclusive of all local taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

The delivery charge for each order will be the same, regardless of the size or weight of your order. The cost for each delivery method is clearly indicated during the check-out process. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to make more than one delivery, there will not be an additional charge for any subsequent deliveries. Prices in store and online may vary.

Ordering/conclusion of contract

The ordering options available are solely via www.bevertigo.shop.

Once you have placed your order, if you have supplied us with your email address, you will receive an email confirmation. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, we will let you know at our earliest convenience. If we have already received payment for such order, we will refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary we will notify you via email to settle the refund.
Delivery
After you have placed your order with us, please allow 1 - 3 business days for us to process it. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is processed and ready for production*. From the day your order is confirmed, please give us up to 7** business days to produce it. As soon as the production phase is finished, we will bring your parcel to the post and will let you know straight after via email when your order is on its way to you. This email will also contain the tracking number for your order. If your order does not arrive by the scheduled date, please contact VERTIGO Customer Service within 30 days, from the date the order was placed, via email or our contact form, which can be found at bevertigo.shop . After this period of time, we are not able to claim any lost orders.

*If your shipping address is not eligible for shipment at the moment of your order, we will notify you via email in the processing stage. We are very sorry in advance and hope to be able to ship to your country in the near future.

**We are a small team of enthusiasts with big hearts and a special love for our planet - therefore we operate on the Made-to-Order business model and have no stocks. This means that each VERTIGO product is exclusively made for you and the production of your ordered items commences only after you have placed your order.
